When you send a message through the contact form, Anna receives the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number and message. If you become a client, therapy notes are held separately as part of your care, under professional and legal duties.

Your details are used only to reply to you and to arrange sessions. They are not sold or shared for marketing. They are shared only where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to safety.

How long details are kept

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to help you. Clinical records are kept for the period required by professional guidance.
