About me
Hello, I am Anna
A psychotherapist in Bristol, working with adults who are going through something hard. This is a little about me and how I work.
My background
A psychotherapist for adults, in Bristol
I have worked as a psychotherapist for 14 years, with adults across many different moments of life. I am accredited by the BACP, which means I work to their standards and their ethical framework.
I see people one to one and as couples, from my practice room on Cotham Hill, and online. Whatever brings you, you do not need to have it all worked out before we begin.

How I work
Warm, steady and led by you
I try to make the room feel safe first. From there, we follow what matters to you, at a pace that feels right. I will not rush you, and I will not tell you what to think.
Some people come for a few weeks around one thing. Others stay longer and go deeper. We talk about what would help you, and we review it together as we go.
